terms and conditions

1. Booking + Payment
A non-refundable session fee is required to secure your booking. This fee covers time, planning, communication, and your session date.

Your session is not confirmed until this fee is received and your contract is signed.

Final image packages or product purchases are billed separately and due before final delivery.

2. Cancellations + Rescheduling
Life happens, and I understand. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice.

Your session fee may be transferred to a new date (subject to availability) if rescheduled with enough notice.

No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of your session fee.

3. Weather + Illness
For outdoor sessions, I monitor weather closely and will contact you if we need to reschedule.

If you or a household member is unwell, please get in touch as soon as possible. I’m always happy to reschedule — your health and comfort come first.

4. Image Delivery + Editing
A preview gallery may be shared within 7 days, with full galleries delivered within 2–4 weeks.

All images are professionally edited in my signature style. RAW or unedited files are not included or available for purchase.

Minor retouching (skin softening, distraction removal) is included. Extensive editing requests may incur an additional fee.

5. Client Responsibility
It is your responsibility to arrive on time, with all necessary wardrobe and styling completed unless pre-arranged.

Children should be well-rested and fed where possible — but please know I always allow time for breaks, cuddles, or snacks during family sessions.

6. Copyright + Usage
Rhianna Lea Photography retains full copyright of all images.

Clients receive personal-use rights for printing and sharing. Images may not be edited, filtered, or altered in any way after delivery.

I may use images for marketing and portfolio purposes, including social media, website, and print. If you wish to keep your images private, please notify me in writing when booking.

7. Digital + Print Products
Digital files are delivered via an online gallery for download and backed up for 3 months from your session date.

Please download and store your images safely. Rhianna Lea Photography is not responsible for lost files after this period.

Print products are custom-ordered and cannot be refunded unless faulty. Colours may vary slightly due to screen vs. print differences.

8. Studio + Property Safety
Please respect the studio environment. Children are always welcome but must be supervised.

Damage caused to studio equipment, wardrobe, or property by the client or their children may be subject to repair or replacement costs.

9. Agreement
By booking a session and signing your session agreement, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
