I travel across Sydney, the Blue Mountains, the Southern Highlands and the South Coast to document elopements that are intimate, intentional and completely built around you. I've photographed ceremonies on clifftops and in rainforests and in small registry offices and in the middle of vineyards at golden hour, and the ones that stay with me longest are always the ones where the couple looked like themselves. Relaxed. Present. Not performing for a crowd.
